Geely Geometry Opens Pre-Sale for G6 and M6 Models
On August 26, Geely’s Geometry G6 and M6 models were presented at the Chengdu Motor Show and were officially launched nationwide for pre-sale. The new models come with intelligent cockpits based on Huawei HarmonyOS as standard.
The pre-sale price of the G6 ranges from 152,800 yuan to 174,800 yuan ($22,263 – $25,468), with two range versions of 480 km and 620 km. The price of the M6 is the same, with two range versions of 450 km and 580 km. Geometry G6 is sedan, while the M6 is an SUV. The two models are close to each other in terms of exterior design style and interior decoration.
As for the exterior, the Geometry G6 model features a closed front grille with a central illuminated logo and narrow light clusters, making the model recognizable. The car is also equipped with the signature hidden door handles of new energy vehicles and low wind resistance wheels.
The interior adopts a technological minimalist style with a light blue and light gray combination scheme. The car is also equipped with a 10.2-inch full LCD instrument panel, HUD head-up display, and uses a pocket shifter, wireless phone charging, and hidden air conditioning vents.
It is worth noting that at present, all new energy models equipped with Huawei HarmonyOS are priced above 300,000 yuan, so the market is small. But this time, Geometry is cooperating with HarmonyOS, and Geometry G6 and M6 will become the only pure electric products with HarmonyOS system under 200,000 yuan in the pure electric car and pure electric SUV markets.
