On April 6th, BYD officially announced the launch of its 2023 e2 model. There are two models available: Comfort and Luxury, priced at ¥102,800 (about $15,000) and ¥109,800 (about $16,000), IT home reported.

In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height of the 2023 BYD e2 are 4260/1760/1530 millimeters respectively, with a wheelbase of 2610 millimeters. Compared to the current model, the body length has increased by 20 millimeters.
The interior of the new e2 model is similar in style to the marine life series, equipped with a multifunctional steering wheel, full LCD instrument panel, electronic gear lever and a rotatable central control screen (12.8 inches for high-end models and 10.1 inches for entry-level models).
The new car comes standard with the brand-new DiLink intelligent network system, which contains massive applications and can directly connect to 4G networks using onboard data.
