Xiaomi Unveils Xiaomi Watch 2
At MWC 2024, Xiaomi unveiled the highly anticipated Xiaomi Watch 2, a smartwatch packed with impressive features and specifications.
The Xiaomi Watch 2 boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels and a peak brightness of 600 nits. In terms of design, it sports a lightweight aluminum alloy body and offers various strap options including pine green TPE, white leather, and recycled woven straps.
In terms of performance, the Xiaomi Watch 2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5+Gen 1 chipset, accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. Noteworthy is its use of Google’s WearOS operating system. Additionally, the watch provides up to 65 hours of battery life and excels in health and fitness features, supporting over 160 sports modes, heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, and stress level monitoring.
Beyond these features, the Xiaomi Watch 2 includes practical functionalities such as a 5ATM water resistance rating, new eco-friendly themes, and camera remote preview capabilities.
Overall, the Xiaomi Watch 2 stands out as a powerful and competitive smartwatch. Unlike the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro series, it does not offer LTE options and is priced at 199 euros (approximately 1550 RMB).
