Turnover From Xiaomi, Honor, OPPO and Huawei Products Exceeds 300% YoY in First Ten Minutes of JD.com’s Double Eleven Shopping Festival
Chinese e-commerce platform JD.com launched its Double Eleven Shopping Festival at 8:00 p.m. last night. The turnover from the iPhone exceeded 100 million in 3 seconds, and that of smartphone brands Xiaomi, OPPO, Realme, Huawei, Honor, iQOO and Vivo increased by over 300% year-on-year. Xiaomi ranked top in sales.
The total turnover of JD.com OBMs increased by 266% year-on-year. Among them, the total turnover of JD.com‘s Jingzao brand increased by 279% year-on-year. The sales of live commerce on JD.com after 20 minutes exceeded that of November 1, 2020.
Consumers still mainly purchase 3C products (computer, communication and consumer electronics) on JD.com during Double Eleven. The turnover of high-end laptops increased by 340% year-on-year, that of the ROG series and ThinkPad X1 series increased by over 400% year-on-year, and that of 4K projectors increased by 240% year-on-year.
According to JD.com, the top five categories for Double Eleven sales on the platform are smartphones, flat-panel TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and gaming laptops. The top five most popular brands are Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Anta and Li Ning. Finally, the top five most popular categories are smartphones, refrigerators, milk, laundry detergent and air fryers.
Within four hours of Double Eleven, JD.com had sold more than 190 million products. Within two hours, as of 22:00 on the 31st, over one million consumers in China received their package bought during JD.com‘s Double Eleven period.

Earlier, a report released by global consulting firm AlixPartners showed that half of the consumers surveyed expected to spend more than 3,000 yuan on Double Eleven shopping this year. According to Ebrun‘s published report, more than half of the brand merchants expect turnover from Double Eleven to exceed 10 million yuan, and of which 13.16% expect turnover to exceed 100 million yuan.
