AgiBot Invests in Wolong Electric’s SIR Robotics to Advance Embodied AI

SIR Robotics, a subsidiary of Wolong Electric Drive, has signed an equity investment agreement with AgiBot. Under the deal, AgiBot will make a strategic capital injection for SIR Robotics in the form of a capital increase and share expansion.
Zhejiang SIR Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SIR Robotics"), a subsidiary of Wolong Electric Drive, has signed an equity investment agreement with Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang New Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AgiBot") . Under the deal, AgiBot will make a strategic investment in SIR Robotics, with both companies set to collaborate on embodied intelligence technologies, flexible manufacturing solutions, and human–machine interaction products.
The partnership will also focus on pilot projects in flexible manufacturing, industrial automation, and AI-powered cleaning solutions, aiming to bring embodied AI applications into real-world production and everyday use.
