Agibot Completes New Funding Round, Valuation Exceeds 7 Billion Yuan
On September 3, Agibot completed a new round of financing, with investors including THU CV, ISoftStone, LCVPF Holdco Limited, THU Capital, and Casstar, with Casstar being an existing shareholder.
This round of financing resulted in a total dilution of 5.6205%, and Agibot has completed its A++++++ round of financing.
Zhi Huijun, who joined Huawei as a ‘genius youth’, announced his departure at the end of 2022 to start Agibot. Since its establishment, the company has completed eight rounds of financing, and this round marks the official end of its Series A funding stage. Jiang Qingsong, a partner and Vice President of Marketing at Agibot, has revealed that the company plans to initiate its Series B funding in early next year.
Agibot is currently valued at over 7 billion yuan and has received support from domestic automotive giants, including BAIC, SAIC, and BYD. Humanoid robots have a broad outlook in the automotive industry.
