BEIJING, November 18 – Ant Group has officially launched "Ling Guang," a full-modal universal AI assistant capable of generating functional mini-applications from natural language prompts in just 30 seconds. The assistant is now available on both iOS and Android app stores.
Ling Guang creates multi-modal content entirely through code generation. Its initial release includes three core features: "Ling Guang Dialogue," which provides logically structured responses; "Flash App," enabling rapid app generation; and "Ling Guang Insight," which supports rich content creation. The system can output diverse formats including 3D models, audio, video, charts, animations, and interactive maps.
In educational scenarios, for instance, when users ask conceptual questions, Ling Guang can identify key knowledge points, present them in a structured manner, and generate supporting visualizations like animated 3D models or interactive diagrams.
This launch accelerates Ant Group's push into Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), following recent releases such as the AI healthcare assistant "AQ" and investments in embodied AI through Lingbo Technology. The move signals the company's strategic expansion beyond financial services into next-generation AI tools focused on practical, user-friendly applications.
