Arcfox Alpha S Huawei Hi Version to Be Delivered in Small Batches Starting in November
According to China Securities Journal, the person in charge of BAIC BluePark confirmed on October 28th that the Arcfox Alpha S Huawei Hi version equipped with Huawei HarmonyOS will be delivered in small batches starting in November.
The Arcfox Alpha S Huawei Hi version is an autonomous driving car launched by Arcfox in cooperation with Huawei this year. It is equipped with 3 laser radars, 6 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, 9 ADS cameras and 4 scanning cameras, and can realize automated driving in cities. The pre-sale price of the basic version is 388,900 yuan, and the premium version is priced at 429,900 yuan.
The model is equipped with the HarmonyOS intelligent interconnected cockpit, with a 21.69-inch integrated ultra-clear large screen whichprovides a 3840*720 resolution and a 180 PPI display. The cockpit carries a Kirin 990A chip, which features a 3.5 TOPs computing power and supports the 5G network connection.
In terms of power, the Huawei HI version can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 3.5 seconds and has a cruising range of 708 km. It is equipped with 800V superfast charging technology and can reach a maximum cruising range as high as 195 km after 10 minutes of charging.
Xu Baoqiang, director of Baidu Robotics Department, also said this morning that the new Apollo Moon, which can be completely driverless by relying on lidar placed on the roof, will launch the BAIC Arcfox version.

The Alpha S Huawei HI Edition has now entered mass production. However, the number of orders received by the manufacturer has far exceeded their production capacity. The company will not be able to complete the deliveries before the end of 2021, so the goal in the fourth quarter is to deliver 1,000 units.
