On November 18, 2025, Baidu reported Q3 revenue of 31.2 billion RMB and core revenue of 24.7 billion RMB. For the first time, the company disclosed AI business revenue, which soared over 50% YoY, beating market expectations. AI segment highlights:
- AI Cloud revenue up 33%, with high-performance computing subscriptions skyrocketing 128%.
- AI applications (Baidu Library, NetDisk, digital employees, GenFlow 3.0) generated 2.6 billion RMB; combined MAU approaching 300 million, GenFlow 3.0 exceeding 20 million active users.
- AI-native marketing services (agents, digital humans) surged 262% to 2.8 billion RMB.
Founder Robin Li stated AI is driving transformative value, with Radish Run scaling fully unmanned operations and entering Switzerland, while AI-native products show strong long-term potential. CFO Herman Yu revealed Baidu has invested over 100 billion RMB in AI since launching ERNIE Bot in March 2023, with continued heavy investment ahead.
Radish Run delivered 3.1 million rides globally in Q3 (+212% YoY), surpassing 25,000 weekly fully unmanned orders in October and 17 million cumulative rides. It now operates in 22 cities worldwide, with over 140 million fully unmanned kilometers driven and licenses secured in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Technology foundation remains robust: ERNIE 5.0 ranks among global leaders alongside Gemini and GPT series; new-generation Kunlun chips and Tianhe super nodes launched; Qianfan platform upgraded with Agent Infra. IDC ranks Baidu Intelligent Cloud China’s #1 AI public cloud for six consecutive years.
AI-driven search transformation accelerates: Baidu Search AI monthly active users hit 382 million, topping China for three straight quarters; ERNIE Assistant daily conversations up 5× YoY with nearly 10 million DAU.
