BEIJING, Dec. 8 – Beidou Zhilian, a provider of intelligent automotive and BeiDou navigation-integrated solutions, has completed a Series B strategic financing round raising hundreds of millions of yuan. The round was led by GAC Capital, with participation from several other industrial investment firms.
The company stated the new capital will be used to accelerate R&D in core areas like "AI+" and embodied intelligence, and to fund its overseas expansion. Beidou Zhilian has already established a global footprint, with business and manufacturing centers in Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia. The company reports its overseas product shipments have surpassed 1 million units/sets, reaching markets across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
