Chinese e-sports team Edward Gaming (EDG) on Sunday defeated DWG KIA (DK) to become the champion of the S11 Global Finals of League of Legends. During the live-streaming of the competition on Chinese video platform Bilibili, about 500 million people were watching the race at the same time. In August 2020, Bilibili reached a strategic cooperation with Riot Games, obtaining exclusive live-streaming copyright in the Chinese mainland for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022.

Bilibili‘s uploaders also combined the game with music, dance, technology and other content to launch creative videos. As of November 6, the number of videos related to the event exceeded 300,000, a year-on-year increase of over 100%. The total broadcast volume of related videos exceeded 2.5 billion, an increase of over 40% compared with S10 last year.
