On April 10th, according to Tianyancha, SOHO China underwent a change in its business registration information. The legal representative and chairman of the board were changed from Pan Shiyi to Xu Jin.

The company was established in November 2004 with a registered capital of USD 99 million. Its business scope includes the development, construction, and management of the first and second phases of the Tongying Capital Garden Paris City B-plot project, as well as real estate investment consulting. SOHO China Limited and Pan Shiyi hold 95% and 5% shares respectively.
