China’s Electric Vehicle Makers Announce November Delivery Data

On the first day of December, several electric vehicle makers in China released their delivery data for the month of November.

NIO delivered 10,878 vehicles in November, up 105.6% year-on-year. These include 2,683 ES8s, 4,713 ES6s and 3,482 EC6s. This year, the cumulative delivery volume has reached 80,940 vehicles, up 120.4% year-on-year.

In November, Xpeng Motors delivered 15,613 units, up 270% year-on-year. Among them, 7,839 Xpeng P7s were delivered, an increase of 187% year-on-year. 5,620 Xpeng G3s were delivered, an increase of 54% from the previous month. The XPeng P5, which started mass delivery in October, saw 2,154 units delivered.

Li Auto delivered 13,485 Li ONEs in November, an increase of 190.24% compared with that in November 2020. From January to November 2021, its total delivery volume reached 76,404 units.

In November, the total delivery volume of Leapmotor reached 5,628 units, up 236% year-on-year. The company explained that a shortage of industrial chips and power limits affected production capacity.

In November, Hozon Auto, a Qihoo 360 Technology Co. Ltd. investment, delivered 10,013 units, up 372% year-on-year. From January to September, the cumulative delivery volume was 59,547 units, up 393% year-on-year.

Geely’s high-end automobile brand Zeekr announced on its official Weibo account that its delivery volume reached 2,012 vehicles in November. Last month, the Zeekr 001 delivered 199 vehicles only a week after its listing.
