Chinese E-commerce Accounts Take Top Three Shopping Spots in Spain

On March 20th, data.ai, a well-known third-party data provider, published the download list of Spanish e-commerce apps, and those from China occupied the top three spots. Among them, Miravia and AliExpress, Alibaba‘s two major overseas businesses, are first and third respectively, as reported by DoNews.

In December last year, Alibaba Group Holding Limited‘s new Spanish e-commerce platform Miravia was officially launched, focusing on the company’s localization operations of the European market and positioning itself as a higher-end European e-commerce market. More than a month after its launch, some internal employees revealed that the daily active number of users, the number of orders, and the turnover on Miravia platform, exceeded market expectations.

According to the Spanish e-commerce App download list, Miravia has surpassed Shein in download volume and become the most popular shopping App in Spain.
