Chinese Electric Vehicle Company Releases New Model Leading Ideal ONE
China’s EV industry just keeps on growing and has now been joined by yet another newcomer, Leading Ideal. The company announced the official price and began accepting pre-orders of their newest model Leading Ideal ONE on Apr. 10. After the subsidy, the retail price in China landed at 328,000 yuan.
Those who place their order before May 31 will enjoy a lifetime warranty. Ordering it early also comes with some additional benefits such as free road-side assistance, a free home charging station, free installation services and 20GB of free data every month for three years.
The Leading Ideal ONE has a battery capacity equivalent to 160kWh through a 40.5kWh battery pack and a 45 liter fuel tank. After continuous optimization of the extended-range electric system, NEDC’s comprehensive cruising range has been upgraded to more than 800 kilometers.

The long battery life is combined with three different ways of charging: fast charging, slow charging or simply filling up the tank with gas, meaning you don’t have to worry about running out of battery. Unlike most hybrids currently on the market, the engine doesn’t actually power the wheels and is used exclusively as a range extender to recharge the battery.
In terms of power, the Leading Ideal ONE adopts front and rear dual-motor four-wheel drive system, the maximum power is 240kw/326hp and the acceleration time from 0~100km/h is 6.5 seconds.
The Leading Ideal ONE also provides a variety of modes the driver can choose from according to their needs such as extended range mode, pure electricity mode, winter mode or mountain mode.
Leading Ideal ONE is a luxury medium to large SUV, available in 6- and 7-seat versions and delivery will begin by the end of the year.
