Chinese Startup MaxRock Robot Secures $15M in New Funds
On Tuesday, MaxRock Robot AI Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. announced its completion of an angel round and Pre-A round of financing, amounting to a total of nearly 100 million yuan ($15.78 million). Its functions include sweeping, vacuuming and mopping, and it can relieve repetitive human work, which will help to substantially boost digital transformation under the trend of coordinated human-machine development.
Aurora No. 1 is now in pre-production and is used in the lobby of Sunac HQ, Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park, Shanshui Plaza, Beijing Cultural Industrial Park and other pilot sites.
MaxRock Robot also plans to upgrade Aurora No.1, expand production capacity and delivery scale in the first half of 2022, and start mass production and batch delivery in the second half this year.
