CiDi Autonomous Driving, a provider of intelligent driving solutions for commercial vehicles, officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on December 19, under stock code 3881.
The listing makes CiDi the first publicly traded company in Hong Kong focused on commercial vehicle autonomous driving. On its debut, the company’s market capitalization surpassed HK$10.5 billion (approx. USD 1.35 billion).
CiDi’s IPO marks a major milestone for early investor Legend Star. The company specializes in the coordinated development of “smart vehicles” and “intelligent infrastructure”, with solutions already widely deployed in closed environments such as mines and ports, where commercial autonomous driving has seen the fastest real-world adoption.
