ZHENGZHOU, November 29, 2025 – DENZA celebrated the delivery of its 300,000th D9 MPV during a special event at BYD's Zhengzhou racing track, making it the first new energy multi-purpose vehicle globally to achieve this milestone. The vehicle was delivered to Pan Xiaoting, a renowned Chinese billiards champion known as the "Nine-ball Queen."
Since its launch in 2022, the DENZA D9 has achieved remarkable sales momentum, securing the top position in China’s MPV market for both 2023 and 2024 in terms of sales volume, residual value rate, and customer satisfaction. It has continued to lead the segment through the first ten months of 2025.
The latest D9 flagship models come equipped with over 200 technological and comfort features as standard. These include an Anti-Dizziness System, Privacy Sound Shield, and the DiSus Intelligent Body Control System. Combined with Road Preview 2.0 technology, the suspension automatically adjusts based on upcoming road conditions.
The model has also gained recognition among high-profile users, including government officials, athletes, and business leaders. In international markets, the DENZA D9 ranked first in luxury MPV sales in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia during the first half of 2025. It also received awards such as "Car of the Year" in Indonesia and "Most Valuable MPV" in Thailand. Starting prices in Singapore now exceed those of the Toyota Alphard.
Having entered the European market in April 2025 and recently launched in Brazil with a pre-sale price of 800,000 BRL (approx. 1.05 million RMB), DENZA continues to expand its global footprint as it reinforces its leadership in the new energy MPV segment.
