
Digital Twin Firm 51WORLD Launches IPO, Aims to Become Hong Kong’s First “Physical AI” Stock

Digital twin company 51WORLD has launched its Hong Kong IPO, aiming to list on December 30 and become the city's first "Physical AI" stock. The company, known for its synthetic data and simulation platforms, plans to raise up to HK$841 million (approx. $107.8M).
According to IPOzaozhidao, Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. officially began its IPO on December 18, with plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on December 30 under stock code 6651. If successful, 51WORLD would become Hong Kong’s first “Physical AI”–focused listed company and the final 18C specialized technology listing of 2025.
The company plans to issue approximately 23.98 million H shares at an offer price of HK$30.50 (approx. US$3.91) per share. Assuming no over-allotment, it targets proceeds of around HK$731 million (approx. US$93.7 million), or up to HK$841 million (approx. US$107.8 million) if the over-allotment option is fully exercised.
Founded in 2015, 51WORLD’s core strength lies in its end-to-end Physical AI closed-loop ecosystem, spanning synthetic data generation, spatial intelligence models, and simulation training platforms. Technologically, its synthetic data capabilities stand out, achieving up to 90% realism with 100% controllability and multi-sensory consistency. In Q2 this year, 51WORLD also launched Clonova, a spatial intelligence interaction platform, and Aperdata, an open embodied AI data platform.
Commercially, 51WORLD’s solutions are deployed across autonomous driving, smart transportation, and smart manufacturing, with operations spanning 19 countries and regions worldwide. Financial disclosures show revenue growth from RMB 170 million (approx. US$23.6 million) in 2022 to RMB 287 million (approx. US$39.9 million) in 2024, with 63.6% year-on-year growth in the first half of 2025. Pre-IPO investors include Moore Threads, SenseTime, Lightspeed China Partners, and Yunjiu Capital.
