Beijing-based Dipeak Technology raised Pre-A funding to accelerate its Data Agent platform and lead China’s enterprise AI Agent race.
Beijing-based Dipeak Technology has raised hundreds of millions of RMB (approximately US $30–50 million) in a Pre-A funding round, co-led by Jiho Venture Capital and SAIF Partners, with participation from the Beijing Information Industry Development Fund, Redbird Qihang Fund, Lingyi Capital, and existing backer Legend Capital.
The fresh capital will fuel product R&D, domestic expansion, and overseas market entry, strengthening Dipeak’s position in the rapidly growing enterprise AI Agent market.
Founded by Dr. He Changhua, Dipeak focuses on Data Agent solutions that integrate enterprise data and reasoning models to create intelligent business assistants. Its modular system — combining a knowledge base, reasoning engine, and tool-calling framework — can analyze complex data across industries, deliver instant answers to simple queries, and conduct deep reasoning for strategic decisions. “Data Agent is the universal foundation for enterprise business intelligence,” said Dr. He Changhua, Dipeak’s founder and CEO. “By connecting cross-source, heterogeneous data and translating it into semantic assets for large models, we’re reshaping how enterprises make decisions in the Agentic AI era.”
Dipeak’s system has achieved over 99% accuracy and sub-second response time in real-world deployments at a major state-owned enterprise. Its product suite includes AskBI, AskDoc, X-Engine, and vertical applications like AskTax and AskTender.
Dipeak’s enterprise AI solutions are already used by top state-owned and financial institutions, including China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Baowu Steel, China Electronics Technology Group, China State Construction, Shanghai Airport, China Railway, Ping An Bank, SPD Bank, Tianhong Fund, and Taikang Pension. Internationally, the company is providing digital-intelligence services to Apple, Lenovo Group, and Singapore’s WPH.
With rapid adoption across leading enterprises, Dipeak aims to build what it calls an “operating system for enterprise AI agents” — enabling every company to create domain-specific, collaborative digital assistants for complex business workflows.
As the global AI Agent market grows from US $5.1 billion in 2024 to an expected US $47.1 billion by 2030, Dipeak’s Data Agent framework positions the company as a key player in driving the next productivity revolution in enterprise AI.
