Chinese drone manufacturer DJI officially released the DJI Mini 3 Pro camera drone on Tuesday, with the price ranging from 4,198 yuan to 5,788 yuan ($624 – $861).
The DJI Mini 3 Pro, another Mini Series model that is lightweight and highly portable, is equipped with 1/1.3-inch dual native ISO sensors, innovative configurations, intelligent functions and an obstacle avoidance system.
The DJI Mini 3 Pro reportedly adopts a foldable design, with a fuselage weight of less than 249g, and can take off without registration or training in most countries and regions. It is equipped with forward, backward, and downward visual sensors, as well as ToF and APAS 4.0 (Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems), allowing it to flexibly avoid obstacles even in complex environments.
With regard to the imaging system, the DJI Mini 3 Pro adopts DJI O3 flagship digital image transmission. It supports the highest real-time image transmission quality of 1080p/30fps and the longest transmission distance of 12 km, with a maximum image transmission rate of 18Mbps.
The device can record up to 4K/60fps video, and has an image sensor which boasts dual native ISO and supports 4K/30fps HDR images.
Its focus has three follow-up modes, able to locate the protagonist in the camera. The master lens allows the aircraft to shoot, edit and score automatically, and also supports time-lapse photography.
The standard intelligent flight battery of UAV can last up to 34 minutes, and the long-life intelligent flight battery is also available. The battery life can be extended to 47 minutes.
The stand-alone DJI Mini 3 Pro (excluding remote controller) costs 4,198 yuan, the stand-alone DJI Mini 3 Pro (with DJI RC-N1 standard remote controller) costs 4,788 yuan, and the DJI Mini 3 Pro (with DJI RC remote controller with screen) costs 5,788 yuan. The DJI RC remote controller with a screen is also a new device released at this conference, which adopts 5.5-inch 1080p screen and is pre-installed with the DJI Fly app.
