On August 14, customer service staff from Anker Innovations on the Chinese e-commerce platform Taobao confirmed this and stated that the A1654 product is the model used by Trump. They also stated that since the news broke last night, many people have been inquiring about the Trump model power bank. The platform data shows that more than 200 people have purchased this power bank within 24 hours.
It is worth mentioning that North America has always been a major consumer market for Anker Innovations. According to financial reports, the company’s revenue in North America in 2023 was 8.37 billion RMB, accounting for 47.81% of the total revenue.
Trump’s “endorsement” effect is reflected not only in sales but also in the stock price of Anker Innovations. According to financial media reports, the stock price of Anker Innovations experienced a straight-line rise towards the end of the midday trading session on August 13.
Search results show that the stock price of Anker Innovations jumped nearly 3% before the midday close, and finally closed up 0.65%, at 54.27 RMB per share.
