Drone Firm DJI to Launch Three New Products
At 9:00 pm on Monday, DJI, a commercial unmanned drone developer headquartered in Shenzhen, will hold a product launch conference with the theme of “To Guardians.” The new products unveiled at the event can be applied to public safety, energy inspection, environmental protection, surveying and mapping, animal protection and other fields including non-consumer applications.
According to domestic media outlet MyDrivers, previous leaks suggest that three new products will be released. The first one is the DJI M30, a foldable industry drone made by DJI. It adopts a foldable body design, which is smaller than the M300, an enterprise drone launched in May, 2020. The structure is similar to that of consumer-grade foldable drones, but the wing arm is longer and looks more dexterous.
The second new product is expected to be the DJI RC Plus intelligent remote controller, which is suitable for industrial drones and agriculture drones. It adopts O3 Pro video transmission technology, with a maximum transmission of 15 kilometers. The display has a 7.02-inch 1080P+ resolution, while the maximum brightness is up to 1200 nites.

The third new product will be a drone docking station. Its leaked patent drawing shows that the machine in this nest is the DJI M30 foldable industrial drone. The docking station can realize centimeter-level accurate take-off and landing, patrol and temperature measurement, real-time transmission of line patrol and automatic charging. It can greatly improve the patrol ability and effectively reduces the manual patrol time.
