First Apple Store in Changsha, Hunan Province Set to Open
Apple published the official webpage of its first retail store in China’s central province of Hunan on Wednesday. According to the page, the new facility is located in the Changsha International Financial Center, No.188 Jiefang West Road, Furong District, Changsha. The center is a local landmark in the business district with a huge flow of people.
However, Apple has not yet announced a definite opening time. According to Chinese media outlet Kuaikeji, it may open before the company’s next new product launch event at the end of September.
According to Apple’s official website, the slogan of the Changsha Apple Store is “Hu Lai Hu You Li,” The first law of brainstorming is that there is no law. In Changsha, it is a great truth not to set limits on aura.
This is Apple’s 43rd directly-operated store in mainland China and the first Apple Store in Hunan. In addition, according to pictures posted by netizens, the store also has a ribbon decoration similar to Beijing’s Sanlitun Apple Store, which is integrated with the zebra crossing at the entrance.

On top of that, Apple’s official website has simultaneously launched the Changsha Apple store’s special wallpaper, with different versions for Mac, iPad and iPhone. Users who like it can visit the company’s official website to download and use it.
The new store covers an area of 895 square meters with a total investment of 34.335 million yuan ($5.301 million). The project information also shows that construction was initiated on December 18, 2020 and finished on July 7, 2021.
In the store, customers can purchase products sold on the official Apple website, register to participate in various activities and learn tech skills, or visit the “Genius Bar” for after-sales support.
