Former Anker Innovations global CMO Shiyuan Wang has launched Suisheng Technology, a new AI memory hardware company that just secured a multi-million-dollar angel round led by Sequoia China Seed Fund to build structured personal memory systems for the U.S. and European markets.
December 4, 2025 — Shiyuan Wang, former Global CMO and China President of Anker Innovations, has founded a new company called Suisheng Technology, focusing on AI-powered recording hardware. The startup has recently closed an angel round worth several million USD, led by the Sequoia China Seed Fund, with additional investment from Gao Tao, co-founder of Anker Innovations. Highgo Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor.
Founded in August 2025, Suisheng Technology boasts a strong leadership team with extensive experience in AI development and global product deployment across Europe and the U.S. Several core members previously worked at leading technology companies such as Anker Innovations, Huawei, and Tencent, bringing combined expertise in software, hardware, and global commercialization.
Unlike the increasingly homogeneous landscape of AI recording devices in China, Suisheng Technology differentiates itself with a strategy centered on “AI memory.” The company aims to build a structured personal memory system using a compact hardware device paired with an AI capable of long-term memory, enabling richer context for AI agents and improving productivity in both work and everyday life. According to Wang, hardware will serve as the foundation for capturing and storing memory, while multimodal data inputs will become mainstream in the future.
The team plans to target the European and U.S. markets first, noting that the AI memory segment there is still in its early stages and lacks mature players with combined hardware-software capabilities, leaving significant room for innovation. Leveraging its deep understanding of Western marketing and sales models, as well as strong cross-border channel resources, the company aims to establish a scalable cycle of product sales, data accumulation, and rapid iteration. Suisheng’s first product is expected to launch in the U.S. and Europe in 2026.
