Galbot has secured a landmark funding round as embodied intelligence rapidly moves from research into large-scale industrial deployment.

On December 19, 2025, Galbot (Galaxy General Robotics) announced the completion of a new funding round exceeding $300 million, once again setting a single-round financing record in the embodied AI sector.

The round was led by China Mobile’s Industry Chain Leader Fund, with participation from CICC Capital, Chinese Academy of Sciences Fund, Suzhou Venture Capital, CMG Media Fund, and Tianqi Co. Additional investments came from international institutions in Singapore and the Middle East, as well as continued backing from existing shareholders.

Galbot is the first company globally to achieve full-stack, in-house development across hundreds-of-billion-scale high-quality datasets, embodied foundation models, and robotic hardware. Its embodied AI models are widely recognized as industry-leading, having set multiple global firsts in areas such as multi-task generalization and whole-body motion control for humanoid robots.

The company has already delivered strong commercialization results, focusing on industrial-grade standard humanoid robots. In the manufacturing sector, Galbot has partnered with industry leaders including CATL and Bosch, securing orders for several thousand units. In smart city services, it has launched the “Galaxy Capsule” solution, now operating in core urban areas across dozens of cities nationwide.

In instant retail and warehouse logistics, Galbot’s systems have achieved 24/7 stable operation for over a year. In the healthcare and eldercare sector, the company is working with institutions such as Xuanwu Hospital to accelerate real-world deployment.
