Goertek Releases Link, Its First Interactive Smart Bracelet Reference Design
Recently, Goertek launched Link, its first smart bracelet reference design, which focuses on realizing XR device interaction. Users can control and interact with the device through the touch screen, buttons and simple gestures on the bracelet.
It is reported that Link is equipped with a 1.64-inch AMOLED screen, supports Bluetooth and NFC technology, can recognize gestures and movements, and monitor health and exercise data.
Link can also connect to AR glasses and mobile phones at the same time, loading AI gesture recognition algorithms. Users can accurately control AR glasses through simple gestures/buttons/touch screen operations, such as syncing or viewing sports health data, making/receiving calls, controlling music playback, and taking photos quickly.

Moreover, Link also supports high-precision distance sensing based on UWB sensors, which displays the approach control or unlock/lock process in a visual way on AR glasses. Of course, if users like, Link can also be used independently as a smart bracelet when connected to a mobile phone.
Currently, many technology giants including Meta and Apple are increasing their research in wearable solutions such as smartwatches.
Goertek stated that they will continue to explore the interactive needs in different scenarios of the metaverse, committed to providing consumers with more convenient and comfortable immersive interactive experiences.
