Honor X30 Smartphone to Be Released on December 16
Chinese smartphone maker Honor announced today that its new X30 will be released on December 16th, the company’s eighth anniversary. Jiang Hairong, CMO of Honor China, spoke about the company’s success to date, saying: “In the past eight years, 90 million users around the world have chosen Honor X series. Today, Honor 3X still has more than 40,000 users.”
At the same time, Honor also launched a test for the X30, which would recruit 80 people to participate in the trial run from December 6th to December 20th.
The X Series is the longest running product series of the company. On December 16, 2013, Honor became an independent brand under Huawei and subsequently released the Honor 3X, the first of its X Series.
At present, there is not much information about the X30, but rumors said that this device will be equipped with a Qualcomm 695 5G chip. The Honor X30 is expected to arrive with a 48-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit, and also support 66W fast charging.

In October this year, the company unveiled the Honor X30 series with the Honor X30i and Honor X30 Max phones. Both models feature MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and have up to 256GB of onboard storage. The Honor X30 Max is equipped with the Dimensity 900 5G chip, a 5000mAh battery, and the GPU Turbo X game engine.
Last of all, the Honor X30 Max is available in three colors: Blue, Black and Silver. The phone will be equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera, 64-megapixel dual cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W rapid charging.
