The smartphone's official picture shows a shallow sea in the sunset, with a transparent ring floating in the air, suggesting that this smartphone will adopt a star ring design on the rear lens to make it look more textured.
Honor X30, the previous generation of Honor's X series, has maintained a good reputation since its release. Last month, it won the sales champion of smartphones in the first half of 2022.
According to a post by Honor CMO Harrison Jiang on September 5, the global users of Honor X series smartphones have exceeded 100 million, and the firm will also release new products such as X series notebooks, tablets and audio at this conference. According to a tip by digital blogger "Wangzai Baishitong," the new Honor products include the X40 smartphone, MagicBook X16, MagicBook V14, Tablet X8 and so on.

Another digital blogger called "Digital Chat Station" said today that the Honor X40 will adopt a high-frequency dimming OLED flexible curved screen, which has a peak brightness of 800 nits and supports 100% P3 color gamut.
As for Honor's MagicBook V14 notebook, the blogger said that its software will continue to improve, while a TOF sensor will be added to its hardware. This means that besides improving the security of facial recognition, the notebook may also provide gesture control and other functions.
