Huawei Holds Autumn Full-Scene New Product Launch Event
On September 25th at 2:30 p.m. (Beijing time), Huawei’s Autumn Full-Scene New Product Launch Event was held with great significance. Richard Yu, the Executive Director and CEO of Huawei’s Consumer Business Group, as well as the Chairman of Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU, delivered a speech.
Richard Yu stated that since the launch of the Huawei Mate 60 series under the Pioneer Program, it has been well-received by consumers and is currently working overtime to produce urgently. The number of HarmonyOS users has exceeded 700 million, with 60 million devices upgraded to HarmonyOS 4, adding 1.2 million users daily.
At the event, Huawei unveiled its latest 13.2-inch MatePadPro with a ‘borderless’ immersive display. It is the world’s first flexible OLED tablet with an ultra-high screen-to-body ratio of 94%. According to the introduction, this product is currently the thinnest and lightest large-sized tablet in the world, with a thickness of 5.5mm and weighing as little as 580g. It comes in three color options.
Huawei released the M-Pencil (third generation), the world’s first terminal product to adopt NearLink technology.
Richard Yu announced that Huawei has launched a new high-end brand called ULTIMATE DESIGN, formerly known as PORSCHE DESIGN. He stated that after years of accumulation, Huawei has achieved the pinnacle of aesthetics, craftsmanship, and innovation with this new brand. It is worth noting that Andy Lau attended the launch event as the ambassador for Huawei Mate 60 RS from the ULTIMATE DESIGN series.
At the event, Richard Yu unveiled Huawei’s first gold smartwatch and named it ULTIMATE DESIGN according to the terminology dictionary. This product supports bidirectional BeiDou satellite messaging and can withstand diving up to 100 meters. The watch bezel is handcrafted with six segments of 18K gold bars.
At the event, Huawei released the Smart Screen V5 Pro. The Huawei Smart Screen V5 Pro comes in two versions: 85 inches and 98 inches. It features a narrow bezel of only 0.99mm, with a screen-to-body ratio of up to 99%. It is equipped with Huawei’s Lingxi Air Touch technology. The Huawei Smart Screen V5 Pro also comes with the Honghu 900 processor, supporting 8K 120FPS video decoding and advanced AI computing with dual NPU (Neural Processing Unit) consisting of a 4T+1T configuration.
Huawei flagship TWS earphones FreeBuds Pro 3 have been officially released, equipped with Qilin A2 chip. Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 applies NearLink connection core technology and Bluetooth technology, increasing the physical bandwidth by 4 times and improving anti-interference capability by 2 times. FreeBuds Pro 3 also integrates a super-perceptive dual-unit, triple-listening real-time optimization algorithm, high-definition spatial audio 2.0, and tuning by the chief tuning team of the Central Conservatory of Music.
Huawei Smart Glasses 2 released, available in 5 styles including titanium space style and gold wire style. It is made of materials such as beta-titanium alloy and high-density board, supports 11 hours of music playback, and also has features like intelligent broadcasting and cervical spine health detection.
Huawei released the Watch GT 4 series, available in two sizes: 46mm and 41mm. It debuts with a scientific fat reduction shaping function, supporting features such as displaying calorie consumption and quick recording of calorie intake.
Huawei releases its first Wi-Fi 7 router, the BE3 Pro, which supports dual-link aggregation for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies. It also features a 2.5G port, as well as functions such as intelligent acceleration for over 160 games, child internet protection, and visualized intelligent diagnostics.
Huawei announced that it will release its first sedan, the Smart World S7, in November. Richard Yu stated that the Smart World S7 will surpass the Model S in various specifications.
