Huawei Mate 50 Series to Adopt Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4G Chip
Chinese technology giant Huawei is expected to release a number of flagship smartphones this year, including the Huawei Mate 50 series and Mate X3 foldable smartphones, and many related leaks have emerged. Domestic digital tipster with username “@Wangzai Baishitong” revealed that except the Kirin 9000 chip version, the Huawei Mate X3 foldable series also has a Snapdragon 888 chip version, which may be released at the end of April.
The tipster added that the Huawei Mate 50 series will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4G chip. In addition, at the end of February this year, Li Changzhu, Vice President of Huawei’s Consumer BG Strategy Marketing Department, confirmed that the Mate 50 Series will be released, but did not disclose the launch time.
Earlier, digital blogger with username “@Changzhang Shi Guantongxue” also tipped that the Huawei Mate 50 series will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 4G processor, which will be released in July this year. Compared with the Huawei P50 series, the camera set has been improved, and it is still the flagship product. The new model will be pre-installed with Harmony OS 3.0, which will deliver a good user experience in interaction and collaboration.
The blogger added that the standard and Pro versions of the Huawei Mate 50 series have been basically confirmed, while no news has leaked yet to indicate whether there will be a Pro+ version or Porsche Limited version.
