Huawei Watch FIT 2 to be Released in China on July 4
Chinese tech giant Huawei announced on Monday that its Watch FIT 2 will be launched at the company’s product launch event on July 4.
Based on the official promotional video, the watch is targeted for sports use and health monitoring, including the tracking of heart rate and steps. The watch has been previously released overseas and uses a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen, an increase of 18.6% compared with its previous iteration. The frame also measures 0.55 mm smaller than the first model while the resolution of the screen is 336*480, and the screen-to-body ratio is about 72.2%.
The Huawei Watch FIT 2 is 10.8 mm thick, 33.5 mm wide and 46mm long while the active edition of Huawei Watch FIT 2 weighs 26g, and the classic and elegant edition weigh 30g (both without watchbands). The watch supports Bluetooth 5.2 and has a battery life of 10-12 days.
Huawei offers a variety of color schemes for this watch, including Sakura Pink, Isle Blue and Midnight Black for the active edition, Nebula Gray and Moon White for the classic edition, and Premium Gold and Silver Frost for the elegant edition.
At the launch event on July 4, Huawei will also release the nova 10 smartphone and AITO M7 electric vehicle. According to one tipster on Monday, Huawei will hold another product launch event at the end of July or early August to unveil new the MateBook X Pro, MatePad and FreeBuds Pro 2.
