Built on a fully self-developed architecture, Spark X1.5 achieves major progress in logical reasoning, task decomposition, and long-chain thinking. Its reasoning efficiency has surged from 25% to 84%, enabling more stable and coherent multi-step problem-solving. The model adopts a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) structure with a "fast and slow unified thinking" mechanism. With a total of 293 billion parameters (30 billion active during inference), Spark X1.5 can be efficiently deployed on a single Ascend server. In benchmark testing, it demonstrated performance on par with leading global models across six key areas — including mathematics, reasoning, and coding — even topping the AIME 2025 mathematics competition rankings.

iFlytek also unveiled its next-generation multimodal interaction technology, designed to help AI not only understand commands but also recognize tone and facial expressions.
