iQOO 10 Pro Smartphone to Feature 200W Wired Fast Charging

Chinese technology industry blogger with Weibo username “@Digital Chat Station” said on Monday that the iQOO 10 Pro smartphone will feature 200W fast charging, and the charger model has the codename “V200100L0B0-CN.” This product supports 65W wireless fast charging, and the battery capacity exceeds 4000mAh.

The tipster previously said that vivo, the parent company of iQOO, was engaged in over 100-watt super flash charge, and the charger of new flagship supports 20V/10A, with a maximum of 200W fast charging protocol. The nominal power of the smartphone is also very strong. The whole series is compatible with 120W, 80W, and 66W.

This follows the release of the vivo X Note 7-inch large-screen phone with a 5000mAh battery. It supports 80W dual-cell flash charging and 50W wireless flash charging. vivo’s iQOO 9 Pro offers 120W super-fast flash charging with a large 4700mAh battery, comes with a 120W super-fast flash mini-charger, and is compatible with multiple charging protocols.

The 200W wired fast charging technology is indeed a research project undertaken by more than just iQOO’s R&D team. Xiaomi showed their 200W fast charging technology last year, which allows not only wireless charging up to 200W, but also wired charging up to 120W fast charging. At the beginning of this year, realme was revealed to have a 200W charger, so it is possible that Xiaomi and realme will be the first to debut 200W fast charging before iQOO.
