iQOO Z6 Series to Be Released on August 25
According to an official announcement by Chinese smartphone maker iQOO on August 22, the new iQOO Z6 series will debut at 19:30 on August 25. There are two products in the iQOO Z6 series, among which the iQOO Z6 is equipped with 80W super flash charge with dual cells, and the other iQOO Z6x is equipped with a 6000mAh large battery.
According to the official video, the new series is available in orange, black and blue, with dual rear cameras, and the device is estimated to cost around 1000 yuan ($146.15).
The iQOO Z6 has already appeared in China Telecom’s terminal product library, weighing 194.6 grams, with a body size of 164.17 × 75.80 × 8.59mm and a 6.64-inch screen with a 2388 × 1080 resolution. The product adopts 80W super flash charging, and is able to charge the battery to 50% in 10 minutes. iQOO officially claims the product has a peak conversion efficiency of 98.5%, supporting 24 recharge safety features.
According to previous reports, the iQOO Z6 will adopt an LCD high-brush screen, equipped with the Qualcomm 778G + processor, and a rear 64MP + 2MP + 2MP lens combination, but the battery will not be very large. In addition, iQOO Z6 will have three storage options 8 + 128GB, 8 + 256GB and 12 + 256GB.
The iQOO Z6x smartphone is equipped with a 6000mAh battery. According to official specifications, users can use the phone to listen to music for up to 115.2 hours, use Baidu Maps to navigate for up to 18.5 hours, watch Tencent Video for up to 18 hours, and play Honor of Kings for up to 13.7 hours.

The iQOO Z6x will also be equipped with a low power consumption processor with a super-large battery and 44W fast charger. This device will have three color schemes – black, blazing orange and blue, and three storage options – 6 + 128GB, 8 + 128GB and 8 + 256GB.
