JPMorgan Chase Increases Its Holdings in XPeng Motors
According to data disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, XPeng Motors received an increase in holdings of approximately 12.15 million shares from JPMorgan Chase on September 30th at an average price of HK$52.6312 per share, involving about HK$639 million.
After the increase, JPMorgan Chase now holds approximately 83.1 million shares of XPeng Motors, increasing its stake from 4.57% to 5.35%.
In September 2024, XPeng Motors delivered a total of 21,352 new vehicles, reaching a monthly historical high with a year-on-year growth of 39% and a month-on-month growth of 52%. Among them, deliveries for the XPeng MONA M03 exceeded ten thousand units. From January to September in 2024, XPeng Motors has cumulatively delivered a total of 98,561 new vehicles with a year-on-year growth rate of 21%.

The XPeng P7+ car will debut on October 10th, positioning itself as the “world’s first AI car”. The entire lineup will feature XPeng‘s new generation of AI Eagle Eye visual solution, with dimensions of 5056×1937×1512mm and a wheelbase of 3000mm. The single-motor version has a maximum power output of 180kW / 230kW.
