Kuaishou’s KLING AI Adds New ‘Lip-Sync’ Feature
On October 3rd, Kuaishou‘s KLING AI officially announced the addition of lip-syncing functionality and opened API services to all users.
After KLING AI generates a character video, uploading audio will synchronize the character’s lip movements with the audio.
Videos generated by KLING 1.0 and 1.5 models support lip-syncing as long as they meet the facial conditions in the video frame (currently only supporting lip-syncing for human characters (real / 3D / 2D), while not yet supporting lip-syncing for animal characters).
KLING AI officially opens API services to all users, supporting self-service purchase of API resource packages on the platform.
The official statement indicates that the effects of the API are completely consistent with those of the platform. The 1.5 model and motion brush are currently not supported by the API and will be iterated online as soon as possible.
