Li Auto’s Assisted Driving Total Mileage Exceeds 550M Kilometers
On March 25, Li Auto, a Chinese new energy vehicle company, released user data for its assisted driving system. As of March 23, 2023, the total mileage of the company’s assisted driving has exceeded 550 million kilometers and NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) navigation-assisted driving has exceeded one billion kilometers. The number of its NOA users exceeds 250 thousand.
Li Auto stated that the automatic emergency braking (AEB) function equipped in all its models has been triggered more than 122 thousand times over the past three years, providing strong protection for drivers’ safety.

In terms of technology R&D, Li Auto continues to invest in R&D expenses and independently develops core components such as range extenders and XCU central domain controllers. At the same time, Li Auto insists on deep self-research in the field of assisted driving systems and advocates for the inclusion of assistance systems as a standard feature.
Li Auto announced on March 24 that it has delivered over 300,000 vehicles. This achievement sets a new record for luxury brands among new vehicle firms in China with the fastest delivery time since December 2019. It took Li Auto only thirty-nine months to reach this milestone.
Li Auto released its Q4 financial report and 2022 full-year results on February 27. The company’s revenue for FY2022 was 45.29 billion yuan ($7 billion), representing a year-over-year increase of 67.7%. Additionally, the firm delivered a total of 133 thousand units, which is a growth of 47%. In Q4 2022 alone, the company generated revenue of 17.65 billion yuan, up by 66% year over year while delivering an impressive number of vehicles -46k units- which represents an increase of 31.5% compared to the previous year.
