December 6 – Lynk & Co has officially sold out the initial production batch of its 03+ TCR race car, priced at 1.4 million RMB, following its debut at the brand's annual "CO: Club" event. The vehicle marks the first fully self-developed, mass-produced TCR race car from a Chinese brand.
Based on the production Lynk & Co 03++ model, the race car features a competition-wide body kit and a signature red livery. It is built on the CMA (Compact Modular Architecture) platform and is powered by a tuned Drive-E 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine, delivering 350 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. Key enhancements include upgraded cooling components and a refined chassis for improved stability and agility in both sprint and endurance racing scenarios.
Lynk & Co stated that the car is designed not only for sprint races but also for endurance competitions that demand higher overall vehicle performance. According to the company, production capacity through April 2026 has already been fully booked, reflecting strong demand from racing teams and motorsport enthusiasts.
The launch represents a significant step in Lynk & Co’s motorsport strategy, extending its presence from production-based performance cars to fully certified international racing vehicles under TCR regulations.
