MiChat, ByteDance, Likee awarded as OPPO’s ‘Best Overseas Partners’
At the recent 2019 OPPO Developer Conference (ODC19) held in Beijing, five products, including MiChat, ByteDance and Likee, were named OPPO’s “Best Overseas Partners.”
In the past year, OPPO has achieved remarkable results with its overseas strategy. Its market share in Southeast Asia has grown rapidly.
A CounterPoint report shows that in the third quarter of 2019, OPPO shipped 32.7 million smartphones that accounted for 8.6% of the global smartphone market, capturing fourth place globally — second in Asia and fifth in Europe. OPPO is inseparable from its vibrant application service ecosystem. Currently, there are more than 320 million monthly active users globally on its ColorOS operating system, and more than 120,000 developers have joined the OPPO open platform. OPPO will allocate RMB 1 billion ($143 million) in 2020 to provide continuous and comprehensive support to developers and work with partners to serve a massive user base across its applications, services, and content ecosystem.
