BARCELONA — Oct. 28, 2025 — OPPO launched the new Find X9 Series at a global event in Barcelona, positioning the lineup squarely in the premium tier as the company’s worldwide user base surpasses 740 million. “The new generation is defining the future of premium smartphones… With Find X9 Series, OPPO aims to lead the new era of mobile imaging,” said Ling Liu, OPPO’s Overseas CMO.

What’s new in the Find X9 Series
OPPO is pitching Find X9 as a creator-first flagship. The series turns the phone into a “content studio,” with the Find X9 Pro featuring a 200MP Hasselblad telephoto for long-range clarity—from live concerts to night cityscapes—supported by OPPO’s latest imaging pipeline.
ColorOS 16 with AI imaging tools
ColorOS 16 adds AI Portrait Glow for lighting optimization and AI Mind Space to capture and organize ideas, alongside enhanced privacy protections.

Personalized AI on the phone: Mind Space + Gemini
On Find X9, AI Mind Space integrates with Google’s Gemini, enabling conversational retrieval and structuring of a user-curated personal knowledge hub—so Gemini can securely pull only the content a user chooses to include. The approach is explicitly privacy-focused: users control what data is shared, enabling targeted, less-invasive personalization.
Battery and connectivity for daily creators
OPPO highlights long life and fast top-ups via its silicon-carbon battery and SUPERVOOC/AIRVOOC charging, plus seamless cross-device connectivity across Android, iOS and PC—priorities that map to how young users create and work on phones.
