OPPO Partners With League of Legends Esports Organization FPX
Following OPPO’s recent partnership with Riot Games, the Chinese smartphone maker announced today that it had established a partnership with popular Chinese esports organization, FPX, for its recently released OPPO Reno Ace.

This partnership marks a new extension of OPPO’s recent entry into esports leagues, allowing the company to deepen its footprint in the Chinese esports sector.
OPPO made the announcement on its official Weibo, Chinese micro-blogging platform, along with a poster of its new flagship Reno Ace and members of the esports organization. Although no additional details were supplied, it is likely that OPPO will become an official supplier of smartphone and esports gear for the team for its upcoming mobile game tournaments.
FunPlus Phoenix is a Chinese professional esports organization owned by video game developer FunPlus. It has teams competing in League of Legends, Fortnite Battle Royale, and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
“Esports is a fast-growing sport globally, and League of Legends has become a lifestyle of many young people in recent years,” said Brian Shen, OPPO’s vice president and President of global marketing regarding its recent partnership with Riot Games.
