PingPong Reaches Direct Partnership With Credit Card Organization JCB
PingPong, a global provider of digital services for cross-border trade, has entered into a direct partnership with JCB, enabling Hong Kong-based merchants to receive online payments from JCB cardholders worldwide.
JCB is one of the six major international card issuing organizations. It started in Japan and is now available in 150 countries and regions around the world with 146 million members, especially in the Asia Pacific region, where it has a dominant market share. By now, PingPong has achieved direct cooperation with six major international card issuing organizations, namely Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and Discover.
According to the head of PingPong’s global business acquisition, “the payment success rate of [the firm’s] acquiring of products is as high as 90%.” The individual also noted that to further improve payment success rates, PingPong can provide users with dynamic and flexible product solutions, including dynamic payment method recommendations, full terminal support, payment failure recovery mechanisms, local deployment of servers and other means.

According to PingPong, it has provided overseas acquiring services for many enterprises, such as Anker Innovations Technology, Xiaomi, JD.com, UR, OnePlus, HungryPanda, and others. It has also reached cooperation with some Chinese banks to supplement their resources channels and technology empowerment for improving cross-border e-commerce collection and acquiring systems.
The employee in charge said: “Next, the company will accelerate the API direct connection with six major international card organizations to further simplify the payment transaction chain and realize skip-free payment to create a silky smooth consumer payment experience, optimize payment efficiency and stability, and provide better services to customers going abroad in all scenarios such as e-commerce, education, travel, and takeaway.”
