Realme Q5 to Adopt Snapdragon 870 Processor With 80W Fast Charging
Chase Xu, Vice President of Chinese smartphone brand realme, hinted Thursday on domestic social media platform Weibo that the firm’s Q5 series is about to debut, saying “it will have the greatest fast charging upgrade.“
On the same day, a digital blogger with username “@Digital Chat Station” revealed that the realme Q5 series will be equipped with 80W flagship fast charging, which can fully charge a 5000mAh smartphone in 30 minutes. “It is rare for a thousand-yuan phone,” the blogger wrote.
The realme Q5 series has passed TENAA certification, and its photos and configuration information have also been released. This series adopts a rear dual-camera for the standard version and a triple camera set for the high-end version. The series also adopts a triangle frame design.
In terms of its configuration, the realme Q5 series will be equipped with a Qualcomm 870 flagship processor, with a maximum of 12GB of memory and 512GB of storage.

This series will have two models, including a standard version and a high-end version. The high-end version is equipped with rear 64MP+8MP+2MP triple cameras. It has a 5000mAh dual-cell battery. The model is 8.65mm thick and weighs 194.5g. The display is a 6.62-inch AMOLED.
The standard version has 13 MP+2MP rear dual cameras, with a rated battery of 4880mAh. It is 8.1mm thick and weighs 190g.
