A new model from Chinese smartphone brand realme, the V23, has recently appeared on China Telecom’s website. The device is referred to as “RMX3571,” and all the core specifications have been exposed. The retail price given by China Telecom starts from 1,699 yuan ($266).
The model is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor and a 6.58-inch waterdrop display with a resolution of 2408 × 1080. It also adopts a side fingerprint sensor and runs Android 12 operating system with a built-in 5000mAh battery. The size of the device is 163.8 × 75.1 × 8.0mm, weighing 186g.
The smartphone has a front 8MP camera and 48MP+2MP double cameras in the rear. It is available in glazed white and gravel black colorways, and retains a 3.5 mm earphone jack.
Combined with information released on TENAA, China’s state telecommunications certification authority, the model will provide three storage versions, including 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. Leaked pictures show that the rear of the realme V23 is matte and the lens module is square in shape. The two cameras in the rear look relatively large, which is in sharp contrast with the flash on their side.
The firm just launched the realme V25 mobile phone last month, co-branded with the Forbidden City. The V25 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chip and has 12GB of memory, starting at 1,999 yuan. In terms of parameters, the realme V23 is not very different from the V25.
