Realme Watch 3 to Debut on July 18
Chinese consumer electronics firm realme announced its upcoming realme Watch 3 via Twitter on July 13, and the device has now appeared on the official website of realme India.
The realme Watch 3 will support Bluetooth calling, with a larger display than the realme Watch 2. According to the firm’s website, this watch will be formally released on July 18.
According to previous tips, the realme Watch 3 will be equipped with a 340 mAh battery. By contrast, the realme Watch 2 uses a 315 mAh battery with a lifespan of up to 12 days on a single charge.
The realme Watch 2 is equipped with a 1.4-inch, 320 × 320 pixel color LCD screen with a peak brightness of 600 nits. It supports 90 exercise modes, is capable of automatic heart rate measurement, 24-hour real-time heart rate measurement, low heart rate alert, blood oxygen measurement, sleep detection and more.
Last year, the realme Watch 2 Pro was released together with the realme Watch 2. The former is equipped with a 1.75-inch, 320 × 385 pixel color LCD screen with a peak brightness of 600 nits. It also supports 90 exercise modes and has the functions of automatic heart rate measurement and so on. While it has a larger battery capacity of 390mAh, and the battery life is as long as 14 days.

According to data released by Counterpoint in June, despite an economic slowdown and inflation, shipments of the global smartwatch market in Q1 2022 increased by 13% year-on-year to 33.7 million units, maintaining double-digit growth for two consecutive quarters. India’s smartwatch market in particular has developed rapidly, with its global market share increasing by 7.1% compared with the first quarter of last year. Realme is popular in India, where it has a market share of 3% and is among the top 10 shipments in the region.
