CHINA — Oct. 23, 2025 — Xiaomi’s Redmi brand unveiled the K90 series, led by the standard K90 and the flagship K90 Pro Max, with China pricing from RMB 2,599 (≈ $361) and RMB 3,999 (≈ $555) respectively. A co-branded K90 Pro Max Champion Edition featuring Lamborghini Squadra Corse styling is priced at RMB 5,499 (≈ $764).

The K90 centers on a Snapdragon 8 “Ultimate” class platform with Redmi’s triple-stage cooling and a 7,100 mAh high-density battery supporting 100 W wired charging and 22.5 W reverse charging. It adopts a 6.59-inch OLED in what Redmi calls a “golden mid-size,” and adds a 2.5× telephoto to a 50 MP-led rear system—features rarely seen at this price point. The K90 Pro Max steps up to a 6.9-inch OLED (up to 120 Hz) and a 50 MP ×3 camera array with a 5× OIS telephoto, plus a 7,560 mAh battery rated for 100 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. Redmi positions the K90 as a design and endurance upgrade for the mainstream tier—highlighting an IP68 build and ultra-narrow bezels—while the Pro Max targets the upper mainstream with larger display, faster photography hardware and mixed wired/wireless fast charging.
