Consumer tech company Sharge has raised nearly RMB 100 million (~USD 14.29M) to scale production of its new AI glasses. The product, launching soon, integrates a memory engine for personal data and targets shipments of over 100,000 units in its first year.

Consumer electronics innovator Sharge has completed a Series A+ financing round worth nearly RMB 100 million (approx. USD 14.29 million). New investors include Planck Venture Capital, Sky Workshop Venture Fund, and Wuhan Airport Economic & Technological Development Zone, with several additional institutions currently in the closing process.

The funding will be used to deploy flexible, personalized production lines for next-generation AI glasses, develop compute–memory integrated server clusters for active AI memory, and expand into global markets. Sharge plans to officially launch its new AI glasses product on December 29, 2025, targeting over 100,000 units shipped within one year of release.

According to the company, the new product features upgrades across AI capabilities, optical display, and hardware architecture. On the software side, Sharge has partnered with Silicon Valley-based memories.ai to integrate a multimodal AI memory engine that converts real-time audio and video into searchable structured memories, enabling features such as automatic diary and weekly report generation.

On the hardware side, to improve comfort and battery life, the product adopts “Dragonfly Light Engine” display technology developed in collaboration with Appotronics, reducing power consumption. New materials and structural designs further reduce weight, with the goal of achieving all-day wearable comfort.

Founded in February 2020, Sharge also operates mature businesses in power banks and storage devices, which continue to contribute stable revenue. According to IDC, global smart glasses shipments grew 64.2% year-on-year in the first half of 2025, with China accounting for 26.6% of total shipments. Full-year shipments in China are projected to reach approximately 2.91 million units in 2025.
