Specs of iQOO’s Entry-Level Smartphone U5e Leaked

The iQOO U5e, under the model number vivo V2197A, appeared in China Telecom’s terminal product library on Thursday. This smartphone has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and is available in silver and black colorways.

According to the website, the new device weighs 193 grams, measures 164 × 75.84 × 8. 25mm, consists of a plastic shell and adopts a 6.51-inch 1600 × 720 resolution screen.

The U5e will have a built-in 5000mAh battery, 3.5 mm earphone jack and Type-C interface but will also support memory expansion of up to 1T. The front camera is 8 megapixels while the and rear cameras are 13 megapixels + 2 megapixels.

At the end of 2021, iQOO launched its U5, which was positioned as the company’s newest  entry-level U series.  The phone has a larger battery and thinner body while adopting a 2.5 D straight edge design and side fingerprints.

The iQOO U5 employed a Qualcomm 695 processor and 6.58-inch LCD screen in a Waterdrop design. The phone has a high refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz with a built-in 5000mAh battery and support for 18W fast charging.

In terms of photography, the rear cameras of the iQOO U5 are a 50-megapixel main camera (f/1. 8) and a 2-megapixel macro-dual camera, and the front camera is 8 megapixels.
