AI cooking technology company T-Chef Tech has raised a multi-million-dollar Series A to accelerate global expansion and its transition into a comprehensive smart kitchen solutions provider.

December 2025 — T-Chef Tech, a developer of artificial intelligence–driven cooking technologies and products, has announced the completion of a multi-million-dollar Series A round led by Qifu Capital. The company’s total funding to date has surpassed USD 10 million, and it plans to officially rebrand as Qianyi Intelligence in early 2026.

T-Chef Tech focuses on three core markets: China’s social dining and group catering sectors, as well as overseas markets. Leveraging a “R&D-driven, word-of-mouth repeat purchase” model, the company has secured major enterprise clients such as Muyuan and Goertek with a lean eight-person sales team. Its signed orders include the largest single contract in the sector, valued at approximately USD 20 million. Total order volume is expected to exceed USD 40 million by 2026.

More than 60% of T-Chef Tech’s workforce is dedicated to research and development. The company has independently developed technologies such as AI-based dynamic heat-control algorithms, delivering an integrated “hardware + software + data” solution. Its intelligent stir-frying robots have demonstrated higher task completion and operational efficiency than comparable products and are already in use by brands including Lao Xiang Ji and JD Qixian.

Internationally, T-Chef Tech is expanding alongside China’s manufacturing and infrastructure companies going global. Through a model combining modular products, localized hardware support, and remotely delivered software services, the company has established a presence in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Overseas customer visits have increased three- to four-fold on a daily basis, with a reported conversion rate of 50%. The company is now transitioning from an equipment supplier to a full-stack smart kitchen solutions provider.
